📅 Event Date & Time: Sunday, April 12 | 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
📍 Location: The InspireHER Center, 1424 St. John St., Lafayette, LA 70506

This outdoor event is designed to give kids a real-world business experience in a fun, supportive environment. Below are a few important details and guidelines to help make the day run smoothly:

💼 Vendor Guidelines & Rules

Registration Fee: $15 per vendor (already completed—thank you!).

Set-Up Time: Vendors may begin setting up at 12:00 PM. Please be fully set up and ready by 12:45 PM.

Event Hours: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM. Vendors must remain until the event ends.

Supplies: Each vendor is responsible for bringing their own tent, table, and chairs.

Electricity: Limited electricity will be available. If you require it, please let us know ASAP.

Product Variety: To make sure everyone shines, we try not to duplicate too many of the same types of products. If any major overlap occurs, we’ll reach out with suggestions before the event.

Parent Supervision: A parent or guardian must be present during the entire event.

Clean-Up: Please clean your area before leaving and take all belongings with you. Let’s leave the InspireHER grounds as beautiful as we found them! 💐

Registration Windows: Registration for each future market opens the Monday after the event and closes on the last day of the month.

Encourage your child to create a sign or logo for their booth!

Bring small bills or a payment app (like Venmo or Cash App) for easy transactions.

Smile, have fun, and enjoy the experience — it’s all about learning, connecting, and celebrating creativity!
