If you've ever walked through our doors, you know that Posh Studio is more than just a fitness space—it’s a place where we lift each other up, support each other, and have a blast while breaking a sweat. Our mission has always been to create a no-judgment zone where every BODY can come together, feel whole again, and leave more confident than when they arrived.

We’re so excited to announce that we’re ready to expand our space (again!) and take Posh Studio to the next level! But we need your help to make it happen. Our community is growing, and we want to offer more classes, create new opportunities for our squad, and keep that inclusive, feel-good vibe strong. With the expansion will come the need for new flooring, more mirrors, paint and so much more!
