We want to give thanks for your willingness to move forward together through healing and for being ready to do the work.

Our goal is for all of us to show up authentically as we are, who we are and where we are, with the intent to hold honesty and vulnerability in a loving space.

We hope to heal the systemic harm that we embody and perpetuate consciously or subconsciously by decolonizing our mind and body. This is an essential part of being able to move forward together by allowing us to heal through shared or personal fears that inhibit us from showing up in a good way for our relatives - plants, animals, and humans alike.

We want to be able to heal so we know how to not only show up better for others but to also show up for
ourselves.

Before we gather and continue down this path, we ask that you make space for some reflection in preparation for understanding where healing can begin
for you on a more personal level.

Objectives: To be empowered and walk away with a fuller toolkit on how to show up as a better ally for BIPOC communities, to heal ourselves, each other and the land, address white fragility, complacencies, to understand the history of ourselves, work on healing generational trauma, address propaganda, bridge the gap.

Questions:

What do you need and what can you give?
Why are you here? What called you here? What brings you, what moved you, or inspired you to take this step?
What makes you feel seen? Valued? Loved?
Respected?
Are there questions or concerns you have that you often feel too uncertain or scared to say/ask to Indigenous folks? If so we lovingly welcome you to honestly share.
How do you navigate feeling discomfort or feeling triggered? What tools do you utilize?
What do you feel/think you could do to show up in a better way, specifically in BIPOC communities?
What does reciprocity mean to you? How do you think you practice it and how do you think you could improve?
Are there any personal goals you hope to gain from this experience
