We believe it’s important to support our colleagues’ wellbeing and seize every opportunity we can to give back. This year we are raising money to support NoahBRAVE. Why NoahBRAVE?

Stepping Forward has been moved by our fellow teammate, Tim Connelly and his wife, Meighan’s daughter, Kinleigh. Kinleigh Mackay Connelly (affectionately known as Kinny Mac) is a vivacious 8-year-old with a personality that lights up a room. Kinny is one of 4 children: big brother Daniel, big sister Briehan, and little sister Maeve. Cookie Connelly, a sweet little Biewer Terrier puppy, has also joined the family. Cookie has been a great source of comfort and joy for Kinny. Kinleigh, in Gaelic, means fair-haired warrior and this little one is showing everyone just how fitting her name is! Kinny began her battle after being diagnosed with Diffuse Midline Glioma of the Pons, also known as DIPG, in September of 2023. It has been over one year since Kinleigh’s diagnosis, and she keeps fighting, heroically each day!
