Give Quigley a pain free life

Quigley suffered terrible abuse. He was swung arounfd and flung by his owner. Quigley ended up with one leg that is not completely straight. Unfortunately his good leg is in need of two surgerys. He needs a new hip and he needs knee surgery. This is the leg he uses the most and he is in a lot of pain. We have a vet who can fix both his issues and have him pain free. We cannot fix his straight leg so he really needs his other back leg to have an active happy life. Quigley is just under a year old and has many years ahead of him.
