We are thrilled to create a welcoming environment for teachers, educators, and professionals to reset, recharge, and refuel their self-care. Research indicates that enhancing teachers' social support networks through peer assistance and mentorship programs (Teacher B.A.E, Inc) is essential for reducing stress and burnout in educational settings, benefiting both teachers and students (Braun et al., 2020; LaMarca et al., 2023; Weiland, 2021). With that in mind, we are excited to host our 3rd Annual Back to School Self-Care Con on September 27, 2025. This event is an opportunity for teachers, educators, and professionals to come together and focus on their self-care. As a nonprofit organization, we thrive on the support and resources from our community. We are dedicated to empowering individuals beyond the classroom through community initiatives, givebacks, and self-care events and resources.
