CURTAIN UP FOR MICHAEL is a campaign to support Michael G. Sterne, who has served the Central Louisiana arts community for many years as a music director, accompanist, and piano teacher. He is in need of a kidney transplant. Fifteen Central Louisiana arts and community organizations have come together to help Michael meet the financial challenges of his medical condition.
Two Curtain Up for Michael benefit concerts will be held January 29 & 30 at the Martin Performing Arts Center on the Louisiana College campus. Show passes are available by clicking the event date on the previous page. (Use back button.)
Unable to make the concert? Donate on this site! Any amount will be greatly appreciated.
City Park Players is serving as the fiscal agent for CURTAIN UP FOR MICHAEL, and all donations are tax deductible. The Central Louisiana Community Theatre (d.b.a.City Park Players) was first organized as a 501(c)(3) in the 1930s by citizens who wanted to add to the quality of life in Central Louisiana by providing excellent stage productions.
Thank you for supporting CURTAIN UP FOR MICHAEL!
