•First floor reconstruction to eliminate/correct uneven floors and structural conditions

•Iron fencing restoration and rehabilitation around the property
•Lower-level rooms renovation
•Roof replacement with historic metal and front porch roof rehabilitation
•Storm water rerouting improvements for building and basements
•Window rehabilitation on first, second, and basement floors
