My name is Abigael. For my 30th birthday, I’m turning my celebration into a fundraiser for the Gaza Soup Kitchen. Supporting Palestinians in Gaza is deeply personal to me. Since Israel’s current genocidal campaign that started October 2023, the violence Palestinians face is unimaginable, and countless lives, including children as young as newborns, have been lost or devastated. In the face of this genocide, I believe that the least we can do is help in any way we can including ensuring they don’t go hungry. The Gaza Soup Kitchen is a lifeline for so many, and I believe this is one small way we can show up for them.
