Jeremiah Ezekiel Porchia P.A.W.S. OFF Foundation was created in loving memory of Jeremiah — a son, brother, grandson, and friend whose life and legacy now fuel a movement to protect others from preventable tragedy.

Our mission is to save lives through water safety education, environmental accountability, and addressing health inaccessibility, particularly for vulnerable individuals and underserved communities. Jeremiah’s passing exposed critical gaps in waterway safety infrastructure, crisis response, and access to care — and we are determined to ensure no other family endures what ours has.

Through community education, safety initiatives, partnerships, and advocacy, P.A.W.S. OFF Foundation works to:
