The Lebanese Red Cross (LRC) is on the frontlines of the response, responding to escalating attacks and emergencies. Our volunteers and staff are working tirelessly to provide urgent health and disaster response services across the country.

All donations received are being allocated to the following response objectives:

Ambulance response & Search and Rescue: our ambulance volunteers are currently on the frontline of the response in all areas, and also help to evacuate hospitals in South Lebanon.
Blood transfusion services: we provide blood units to hospitals all over Lebanon to help them treat the severely wounded.
⁠Primary Healthcare: our primary healthcare centers and mobile medical units provide medications and physician consultations to people who need it, especially displaced populations who have lost access to healthcare.
Disaster relief: we provide relief to the displaced in the form of blankets, shelter assistance, food items, hygiene items, and water & sanitation services.

The LRC is also coordinating with local municipalities, and other NGOs and INGOs to ensure a more seamless and coordinated response, ensuring a wider reach to the affected population.

In addition to responding to the crisis, LRC has to continue ensuring response to the usual ambulance emergencies, blood needs, and primary healthcare services across Lebanon.
