Thank you for visiting my Y Giving Day fundraising page. I am raising funds to support the Community Health Worker program at the Y. Community Health Workers partner with the Great Rivers United Way Hub and local school districts to assist families experiencing homelessness. Together, CHWs partner with the families to help them access basic needs and get back on their feet so their kids can get back on track in school.
