The Dahl Y gym at the Dahl Family YMCA is as busy as ever and is need of an update. With hundreds of kids learning basketball, and seasoned players enjoying the sport at all ages, the gym is a beloved community space that serves thousands of neighbors annually. The adjustable basketball hoops are in need of replacement. This campaign will ensure new hoops are available for players for many years to come. The game of basketball has taught me so much. Team work, hard work and practice = improvement everyday, healthy competition, drive, dedication, friendship ,the list goes on. Basketball was the first sport I loved, and helped create lasting relationships to this day. It is a sport for all ages, and the addition of these new adjustable hoops, will allow people of all ages to use our facility for years to come.
