Thank you for visiting my Y Giving Day fundraising page. I am raising funds to support Veterans Mental Health. The Y has relaunched its Wellness Warriors program, which includes an 8- week wellness program covering the eight dimensions of wellness. Each participant also receives a free one-year family membership so that the family can focus on wellness together. This project is important to me because I have friends and family who are veterans and know the power of this program bringing veterans and their families together!
