Ann Renn's Story

Thank you for visiting my Y Giving Day fundraising page! Many of you know I have recently accepted a new position at the LaCrosse Family YMCA as their Youth Director. I am so excited to be a part of this generous organization! One of the initiatives we are focusing on is providing improved access to clothing and laundry for youth, as well as clients served by the Y’s Community Health Workers. Specifically, a Youth Clothes Closet will be installed and furnished with clothing, jackets, and hygiene items. The laundry facility will be upgraded with two stacking washer and dryer units, doubling the capacity for laundry in the facility. Support for this project is important to me because it offers the youth and families we serve, clean clothing, laundry, and items they are in need of.
