The North Stars are an elite Women’s hockey team out of Chicago that has been playing in a men’s league here in the city for the last 4 years. This has allowed us to prepare for the USA Hockey’s Women’s National Tournament and for future dreams of growing women's hockey in Chicago. We also have been working closely with The Chicago Blackhawks and The Chicago Wolves for different events in the city and many of our players are coaches in the girls game.

Unfortunately, women’s nationals have been reduced to only one tournament, which means that the entire team must travel across the country to play at the most competitive level. Hockey is expensive and not all of the individuals on our team can afford the cost. We ask for sponsorship to help subsidize the cost of lodging and team van expenses. Whatever you are able to give will go directly to covering these costs for our players so they can compete at this high level.
