Hi, my name is Aisha Leach, and I am the Executive Director of Rebuild and Rise. We were created because women returning home from incarceration are expected to rebuild their lives with almost nothing - no stable support, limited resources, and systems that move on far too quickly. I've seen firsthand what happens when women are released without real pathways forward: instability, relapse, homelessness, and families torn apart.
