Location: Situated at the base of the San Gorgonio Wilderness, surrounded by the stunning San Bernardino National Forest, YMCA Camp Arbolado offers an escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
History: Originally located in Big Tujunga Canyon near Pasadena, the camp moved to its present-day 16-acre location in 1932. The name “Arbolado” comes from the Spanish word for “wooded” or “tree-covered.”
Legacy: For almost 100 years, YMCA Camp Arbolado has positively impacted countless youth and adults. Its rich history lives on in those who have walked its grounds and their children’s children.
