Bridge the Gap: From Recovery to Real Life

Help us raise funds to launch Twelve and Trade’s first-ever program supporting individuals who have completed treatment and are committed to living drug- and alcohol-free. Your donation will give them the mentorship, accountability, and career direction they need to thrive.

For many individuals leaving a recovery program, the journey isn’t over — it’s just beginning. Too often, people step out with strong sobriety but no clear support system or career path. The transition can feel lonely, overwhelming, and filled with risk.

That’s where Twelve and Trade steps in.

  • The Twelve Side: Daily accountability, mentorship, and encouragement to stay strong in recovery.
  • The Trade Side: Career guidance, training support, and pathways into the right-fit job or trade opportunity.

Our nonprofit bridges the critical gap between treatment and real life, walking alongside individuals as they build a sustainable sober lifestyle and a stable career future.

This is our first fundraising campaign, and it’s about building a foundation of hope. Every dollar raised will go directly to:

  • Providing mentorship and recovery accountability.
  • Helping cover costs of trade training, certifications, or career prep.
  • Supporting fitness, giving-back activities, and community involvement to strengthen sobriety.
  • Ensuring no one leaves treatment without a plan for life and livelihood.

We believe in sobriety + stability. Both are essential. Together, we can make sure no one faces the next chapter alone.

Donate today and be part of the very first supporters of Twelve and Trade.

Your gift doesn’t just change a life — it helps rebuild a future.
