Join us on Wednesday, March 18th from 3-6pm for another Branching Out collaboration!

Mountain Roots is excited to share some woodsy adventures with the YO crew. We'll work together to build shelters, collect and purify water, and depending on location build a fire. This is one of our favorite programs to incorporate a mental health boost and a few resources to add to the toolkit. We'll take a look at the reminder to Pause or STOP (Stop, Think, Observe, Plan). Promoting mindfulness and nervous system regulation, as well as just some good old fashioned fun in the forest with friends!

Open to queer and questioning youth ages 11-18, dinner is provided.

Drop Off/Pick Up Info:

Drop-off is any time after 3pm, Pickup is at 6pm.

Youth are dropped off anytime during programming and will be required to fill out a one-time Membership Form which includes their emergency contact information.
