Programming includes: meditation & yoga, a sound bath, prompted journaling, and open discussion. Open to all men of all ages and backgrounds, this experience allows attendees to engage in honest and vulnerable conversation in a safe space. This is a powerful series champions inclusivity and openness.

YouGood? is for ALL MEN. Programming includes journaling and group discussion, meditation, yoga, and sound healing.

Early arrival is recommended to The WalkGood Yard. The entrance to our studio is located on Pico Blvd. Check-in will be upstairs at the green front desk. Street parking is limited. Rideshare and carpool are encouraged when possible. We recommend wearing flexible and comfortable clothing. Our practice space observes a no-shoe policy. If you have a yoga mat, please bring it. If you do not have one, we will provide one for you. Please bring water.
