Young Leaders Empowerment Action (YLEA) was founded in 2022 by a group of passionate young people who recognized the need to empower their peers and create opportunities for them to become effective leaders and change-makers. Since its inception, YLEA has grown into a thriving non-profit organization that has impacted the lives of thousands of young people across Cameroon. YLEA is formally registered in the United States and Cameroon and has plans to further its zones of operation.

Over the years, YLEA has developed a wide range of programs and initiatives that focus on leadership development, entrepreneurship, innovation, and community engagement. From workshops and training programs to mentorship and networking opportunities, YLEA offers a comprehensive range of resources to help young people achieve their full potential and make a positive impact in their communities and beyond.

Today, YLEA continues to be at the forefront of youth empowerment, inspiring, educating, and supporting young leaders as they strive to create a better future for themselves and for the world.
