The school district budget for the 2025-2026 school year has eliminated funding for the Fayston Elementary School Artist in Residence programming. The yearly tradition of Troy Wunderle bringing the circus to our school is in jeopardy and we need your help to raise $9,000.

Troy asks all students to imagine a world of possibility and inspires us to play and support each other. Wunderle’s mission is to spread joy, create memories and inspire dreams. The circus programming consists of a 10 day in-school program, culminating in an evening performance for family and friends. This program is an unforgettable, hands-on lesson in courage, teamwork, and imagination – lessons no budget cut should eliminate. This is your chance to be a part of something really special and ensure every student has the opportunity to be on stage in November.

Three ways to help us raise $9,000 (approximately $80 per student) in just one month!

1- We are offering a unique sponsorship opportunity. You can reserve a “VIP seat” for the November 6th performance (first or second row) for $50/chair (or more if you like). Limited to 30 seats so don’t wait!

2- Can’t make the show but still want to donate? Click here or make checks payable to Fayston PTO (“circus” in memo) and mailed to 782 German Flats Road, Fayston, VT 05673.
