Families and individuals across Coös, Carroll, and Grafton Counties struggle with unstable housing, rising energy costs, lack of transportation, food insecurity, and the limited availability of affordable early childhood education.

Tri-County Community Action Program is here to help. Our family of more than 14 programs and 50 services provides essential support that strengthens entire communities. Whether it is a hot meal for a homebound senior, a safe ride to work or medical care, assistance staying warm in the winter, Head Start services for young children, or guidance during a housing crisis, TCCAP is committed to helping people and changing lives every single day.
