Please join our team in welcoming a Ukrainian family looking for safe haven in Minnesota!

It's now over a year since the war in Ukraine began and the U.S. Uniting for Ukraine program provides a pathway for Ukrainan families to come to the U.S.

Our team has come together to sponsor Olena, Dmytro, Daryna (10) and Nikita (5). They had to flee their home near the Russian border due to the bombing & destruction. They fled to Germany where the four of them are sharing one bedroom in a house with three other families (sharing one kitchen and one bathroom). But, they are safe. We have started the very involved process of getting them to Minnesota and we need your help!

Will you join us in creating a warm welcome to Minnesota for this family?

Your support will help them get settled with their new life in the U.S. - things like providing food, clothing, housing, utilities, local transportation, a car, household items, basic needs, medical needs and setting up the home where they will land. 

This family has been through so much already. But we can make their arrival and transition to Minnesota smooth and reassuring.  We are working with Alight (www.wearealight.org) to prepare; they have been so helpful in getting us set up for the family.
