Cuttin Through Barriers is more than a campaign—it’s a movement born from lived experience. After returning home from incarceration, our founder Brian knew firsthand how hard it was to find stability, dignity, and opportunity. What started as a simple vision—to offer free haircuts to people experiencing homelessness—has grown into something powerful: a community-rooted barbershop model that offers paid apprenticeships, mentorship, and holistic support for those society too often leaves behind.
