Spay/Neuter Assistance

HDAC is dedicated to helping with the overpopulation problem in the high desert. We have helped hundreds of pet owners spay or neuter their dogs or cats in efforts to prevent unwanted litters which are being dumped in our overcrowded shelters or sadly dumped in the desert left to die.
