The problem of immobility for Kenyan families and their leg disabled loved one is an all-important, urgent, and imperative one. Estimates of more than one quarter of a million disabled are at risk for long term impact.
Immobility robs them of opportunities such as going to school or work and traveling to market or church. Immobility is robbing them of their very lives!
It’s a big problem. Massive really. But we can solve it.
We’re on a mission to end the mobility crisis in our lifetime.
Mobility Worldwide has a solution that works. It’s affordable. And, it brings about an immediate resolution to the problem.
It’s called a Mobility Cart… a three wheeled, heavy duty, hand cranked trike with a room to carry stuff. People get on it and they just go!
It’s an affordable solution. Our volunteers, giving with their physical strength and because of their love for Christ, reject monetary compensation for their efforts in favor of much deeper and more substantial blessing.
Change can happen in 2025, and it will be determined by your giving. Each future beneficiary is waiting and hoping for your gift.
We work hard to make every penny count. Every penny you give to build a Mobility Cart goes to build a Mobility Cart. It buys lumber, steel, tires, and fasteners. No fine print or hidden fees. Private donors generously cover our manufacturing facility and operating costs.
Throughout 2024, I’ve written to you, sharing the remarkable stories of change that you have made possible.
Musa and his young son Abdi who can now attend school without being carried
Dickson, a spinal tuberculosis sufferer who you blessed with a Mobility Cart
Samuel Ndung’u, found stuck in the mud and rescued by Partners for Care staff
Alfred, a bricklayer until he experienced a tragic fall
and, Benson whose mother carried him everywhere he went
Each story and each photo of change is for your benefit, so that you may experience your impact!
Yet, there is still much work to be done.
If you’re in, just a dollar a day, over the course of one year will purchase a $360 Mobility Cart. It’s the ticket to opportunity that many leg disabled need.
You may have a higher capacity to give than others. If you can, please consider a gift of $3600 which will provide mobility for ten leg disabled. If you have a lower capacity to give, please consider a gift of one or more solid rubber tires for $30 each.
You probably fall somewhere in between. Please select the gift that fits your capacity.
If you will, please consider monthly giving through membership in our Mobilizer Community. Having your gift automatically spread out over the entire year may be appropriate for you.
Leg disabled Kenyans now crawl in the dirt. Will you provide the gift of mobility so that they might have a life?
Your gift is an opportunity which will allow beggars to become entrepreneurs. Won’t you show your love for Christ in the marvelous way?
Your commitment during December will determine how many Mobility Carts will be constructed in 2025. It is urgent that you make a decision now. Some materials, including tires, must be ordered months in advance.
The cost to build a Mobility Cart is currently $360. Be the hero! Push this urgent appeal across the finish line!
It is imperative that you commit by December 31st. An accurate forecast of you annual support is so critical for efficient production planning.
Your gift will provide for as many Mobility Carts as possible to be produced, ensuring that even more leg disabled Kenyans might have a life. With the gift of mobility, which you make possible, another child of God will experience the love of Christ. It’s all because of you.
It’s easy to give, whether one-time or monthly. Choose an amount and complete the easy form.
I hope that you will commit your gift before December 31st.
God bless,
Sam Singer
Executive Director
P.S. Please commit to help purchase one or more Mobility Carts before December 31st. $360 will lift a leg disabled Kenyan out of the dirt and give a life.
