Every dollar you give helps someone take a critical step toward stable housing. Here’s what your support can do:

🚍 $10 – Buys ten bus rides for transportation to work, apartment showings, and appointments.
🧼 $25 – Provides a hygiene kit with essentials for someone transitioning out of homelessness.
📑 $50 – Covers a rental application fee, a crucial step in securing housing.
🏡 $100 – Contributes toward move-in costs, helping someone settle into their new home.
🛋 $250 – Helps a family furnish their home with basic necessities.
🔑 $500 – Covers a security deposit, removing a key barrier to housing access.

At Spirit & Sand, we understand the true challenge of human services work. All you want to do is help, and all people want--and need--is help. Yet, the systems designed to provide that support often seem impossible to navigate. Barriers are high. People feel hopeless. Workers are burnt out.

Too often, the reality is this: no accountability, minimal protections for staff, little meaningful client engagement, and a heavy weight of guilt despite everyone's good intentions.

And so, Spirit & Sand was born.

Today, we are a small but dedicated team, supported by a passionate board, working to do better. We've already helped 30% of our clients achieve stable housing, and we're just getting started. At Spirit & Sand, we believe that with accountability, compassion, and true community collaboration, we can break down barriers and create meaningful, lasting solutions. Together, we are redefining what it means to make a difference.
