Running a half marathon has been a dream of mine ever since I started running two years ago. When I first began, it wasn’t just about physical exercise; it became a lifeline for my mental health. Each step on the pavement made me feel stronger, both physically and mentally, and running soon became a way to clear my mind and find my inner strength. It wasn’t just about crossing miles; it was about moving forward in every sense.
Now, I want to take that journey further by running the Just Strong Miami Landmarks Half Marathon 2025, not just for myself but for a cause that hits close to home. Mental health has deeply affected my family, especially a nephew. Running for this cause is my way of supporting him and others who struggle with their mental well-being. I want to raise awareness and show that we are all stronger when we run together.
