Kasisi Hope Mission One

Mission Number One

Kasisi Hope Foundation was started by siblings Grant Snyder and Tracy Snyder Kane to fund specialized medical services for children at Kasisi Children’s Hime in Zambia. Founded in 1926 Kasisi is home for up to 250 kids ranging from infants to teenagers; healthy to medically and physically challenged and in between.  We want to give these kids hope by arranging and paying for medical care not available  in Zambia but readily available in the United States.

Sadly, We can’t show you pictures of our the kids in need of Our first mission.  Dorothy, age 12 and Jamima  age 6 who both were victims of domestic violence because they suffer from albinism. Both had a limb violently and horrifically removed and need our help to fund recurring artificial arms until they are fully grown and eventually fitted with bionic limbs. Dorothy is a typical teenage girl struggling who love independence and Jemima is a a beautiful kid whose life was shattered for reasons beyond comprehension.  We budget our first project at $150,000 which includes treatments, transportation and lodging for the next five years.  Will you help us to show them we care?

Your donation of $100 or $5000 or even more will get us closer to. our target of $150,000 needed to fund prosethetics until both Dorothy and Jamimas arms are fully grown so that they can be fitted with bionics.  Thank you for your generosity and please know that with the exception of required filings, ONE HUNDRED percent of our money will go their care.
