In October of 1985, Father James Evans opened a new senior living facility in Phoenixville, PA. Now 40 years later, the building has been home to more than 1,000 residents. Beyond housing for individuals with modest means, St. Peter’s is a beacon of community, access, and support for residents and those in the local community.

Church Housing Corp. (CHC) is celebrating four decades of housing and supportive services to seniors with modest means, families, individuals, and people with special needs. CHC is hosting a 40th Anniversary Celebration and we are inviting those that helped build St. Peter’s Place to commemorate the milestones of the organization.

Please join CHC on Thursday, October 9th from 5:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. at the Franklin Commons (400 Franklin Ave, Phoenixville, PA 19460) to celebrate 40 years of St. Peters’ history, growth, and success.
