We are a small, dedicated nonprofit spay and neuter clinic serving the Upper Keys, operating solely through the generosity of donations. Our mission is simple yet vital: to reduce the overpopulation of feral cats in Monroe County through affordable and accessible spay and neuter services.

The heart and soul of this mission began with the incredible Margie, who devoted 25 years to rescuing and caring for the cats of the Upper Keys through her organization, Whiskers and Paws Forever of Monroe County. Upon Margie’s retirement, her legacy could have quietly ended—but we knew her work was far too important to let fade away. In honor of her unwavering commitment, we’ve stepped up to carry on what she started.
