To create a safe place where girls could discover their purpose, believe in themselves, and realize that their future is bigger than their circumstances.

Today, that dream has become a movement.

Over the past 9 years, YWEA has impacted hundreds of girls through mentorship, leadership development, financial literacy, college and career readiness, community service, wellness, entrepreneurship, and cultural experiences that have changed lives.
