This June, LEAD STL invites you to be part of a groundbreaking campaign, "#JoinTheJourney," designed to foster deep understanding and social change through transformational travel experiences. Our mission at LEAD STL is not just about learning—it's about living the lessons of history, culture, and activism that shape our world.

Who We Are

LEAD STL is dedicated to empowering youth in the greater Saint Louis area by immersing them in experiences that build empathy and understanding. Through a combination of art, mentorship, experiential learning, and advocacy, we aim to mold the next generation of leaders who are equipped to tackle racism, antisemitism, and other forms of injustice.

The June Campaign

This summer, every dollar raised through our #JoinTheJourney campaign will help provide transformational travel opportunities for all of our students. These experiences are more than trips—they are a bridge to understanding and action.

Changemaker Immersion Weekend

Our Emerging Changemaker students will kick off their journey in Chicago with a three-day immersion weekend, packed with workshops, discussions, and hands-on activities that prepare them to lead with empathy and insight.

Cultural Leadership Through Travel

Our Cultural Leadership Class 19 students are set to take over our social media during their three-week exploration across the United States. From the historical corridors of Washington, D.C., to the vibrant streets of New Orleans, they will share their journey through their eyes. Follow along as they meet with inspiring artists, leaders, and advocates, visit sites of significant cultural and historical importance, and step into their roles as changemakers.
