POWER THE BRAIN

Young people are under pressure. Brain Fit gives them a place to practice

Across Metro Atlanta, young people are navigating academic, social, digital, and emotional pressures every day. They are expected to focus, manage stress, adjust when plans change, navigate relationships, and keep performing when things get difficult.

Those capacities matter — and like physical skills, they become stronger through practice.

That is where Brain Fit comes in.

Brain Fit provides structured, non-clinical mental-skills practice across Focus, Calm, Emotional Regulation, Cognitive Flexibility, Confidence, Self-Awareness, and Peak Performance.

Through brain education, guided coaching, and immersive technology — including virtual reality and EEG neurofeedback — young people actively practice the skills they reach for when pressure shows up.

Through the Power the Brain campaign, AREACH is raising $100,000 to strengthen the infrastructure behind Brain Fit and expand consistent access across Metro Atlanta.

TWO WAYS TO POWER THE BRAIN

Give as an Individual

Every gift helps strengthen Brain Fit. Supporters can contribute at any amount, including $80 to help fund one Brain Fit session or $800 to help fund a complete 10-session experience.

Become a Campaign Partner

Companies, foundations, community organizations, and individual leaders can invest at formal Campaign Partner levels beginning at $1,000.

WHERE THE $100,000 GOES

One Goal. Three Investments.

$42,000 — Equip Brain Fit

Fund the technology and tools Brain Fit needs for reliable, consistent delivery in schools and communities.

$18,000 — Prove & Improve

Strengthen the evaluation, data, research, reporting, and partnerships behind Brain Fit's results.

$40,000 — Expand Youth Access

Expand Brain Fit access for young people whose schools, families, or community organizations cannot fully cover the cost of participation.

These figures reflect the Power the Brain campaign specifically and are not AREACH's general operating budget.

GIVE AT THE LEVEL THAT'S RIGHT FOR YOU

Individual supporters are an essential part of Power the Brain.

Whether you help fund one session, support a complete Brain Fit experience, or contribute another amount, your gift strengthens the people, technology, evaluation, and youth access behind Brain Fit.

Suggested giving levels:

$80 — Fund One Brain Fit Session

Help fund one Brain Fit session for a young person.

$250 — Strengthen Brain Fit Delivery

Help support the technology, materials, and delivery infrastructure behind Brain Fit.

$500 — Expand Youth Access

Help extend consistent Brain Fit practice into more schools and community settings.

$800 — Fund a Complete Brain Fit Experience

Help fund one young person's complete 10-session Brain Fit experience.

BRAIN FIT IS PRODUCING MEASURABLE SESSION-LEVEL RESULTS

88% — Calm

Among 372 valid calm session pairs, 88% recorded high calm at check-out.

75% — Focus

Among 553 valid paired focus records, high focus increased from 52% at check-in to 75% at check-out.

74% — Regulation

Nearly 3 in 4 matched session records showed improved regulation from check-in to check-out — 286 of 387 matched pairs.

68% — Brain Training Performance

More than 2 in 3 scored brain-training sessions met AREACH's benchmark for strong performance — 204 of 299 coded brain-training records.

Evidence notes

Calm, Focus, and Regulation findings reflect valid paired session records comparing participant check-in and check-out measures.

Brain Training Performance reflects coded brain-training records and is reported separately from paired session measures.

Together, these findings show measurable changes within Brain Fit sessions in how young people report Calm, Focus, and Regulation, alongside strong performance in Brain Fit's coded brain-training activities.
