We believe in the immense talent and creativity that women and girls bring, which is why Women Leading Technology, a 501c3 organization, is dedicated to bridging the diversity, equity, and inclusion gap through our WLT STEAAM Experience for Girls.

Our 12-week hands-on architecture program is designed to empower girls with comprehensive knowledge about the field of architecture. But it's not just about architecture; we also instill in them the values of gratefulness and paying it forward. During the program, the girls collaborate to build life-size playhouses that are then donated to women and children shelters, making a meaningful impact on those in need.
