Greetings from Team Winx: an all-Latina relay team.

Recently, we each crossed the Los Angeles Marathon finish line, some of us for the first time, others for the second, but all of us finished strong. Now, we’re taking on a new challenge together: the No Shortcuts Relay from LA to San Diego.

But time, we’re also running to support animals in shelters who are still waiting for their second chance. As we train, we’ll be volunteering by bringing shelter dogs along for a few miles so they can get a little fresh air, movement, and love.
