As per request of Topsfield's public safety team, this section of Rt 97 will be closed off for event parking only, and local traffic re-routed up Bare Hill Road, Parsonage Street & Washington. Police will assist those (few) residents whose property falls within the zone to allow them access in and out to minimize the inconvenience.
