We are thrilled at Eric Wilburn’s generous offer to host a vision and strategy workshop for Save The Great South Bay.

In this first winter workshop session, we’ll spend the morning defining our vision and the strategy to achieve it. Together, we will:

Outline a 20-year vision for the Long Island environment and communities that we want to bring to fruition in one generation.
Brainstorm potential pillars of work — the key activity areas that will allow us to achieve that long-term vision.

This workshop is designed to be an expansive exercise where we are encouraged to dream big and think outside of the box. It’s an opportunity to step back, look at the big picture, and imagine what it will take to achieve a thriving South Shore.

In subsequent sessions, we will narrow our focus by identifying the priority pillars of work for the next five years, and then define one-year workplans within each of those pillars.
