Reserve your spot to build an ofrenda at the Día de los Muertos Celebration on Saturday, October 11, 2025, in Claremont.

Your $30 refundable deposit holds your space and will be returned after the event, as long as you attend or cancel with at least 5 days’ notice.

Ofrenda Participation Guidelines

Setup & Event Times

Setup: 7:00–9:00 AM
Event: 9:00 AM–4:00 PM
Cleanup: 4:00–5:00 PM (area must be left as found)
You, or a representative, must remain at your ofrenda for the duration of the event

Location

You will be notified of your location closer to the date. Some spaces may not be shaded; market umbrellas are encouraged. Please do not use pop-up style tents.

Content & Safety

Displays should be family-friendly and personal expressions only (not for commercial use)
Items not in compliance may be asked to be removed
Lit candles are not permitted due to fire code restrictions
Event sponsors are not responsible for personal belongings
