Root & Table is Agape Wellness Collective's collection of support groups, facilitated by Orthodox Christian therapists. Support groups are a great way to build community and trust, give and get support, a wonderful addition to individual therapy, a social boost, an edifying way to connect with others who share your Faith, and to grow in caring for your mental health. To sum it up, the goal of Root & Table is to keep you "Grounded in Christ, Gathered in Communion".

Please note that Root & Table IS NOT:

Psychotherapy groups
Spiritual direction
A substitute for diagnosis or treatment
A place for debate or polemics

However, Root & Table Circles IS:

Led by Agape-Affiliated licensed therapists
Meant to give you tools to support your mental health
Going to connect you with others
Going to challenge you to grow
