Jeannine Luby of Laugh to Live will kick off the conference to lift spirits, boost energy, while lowering stress and anxiety and offering a sense of rejuvenation to those who have become weary from caregiving and the heaviness of life's stressors. Relief of tension and boosted mood through laughter and movement, inspiration with humor and practical tools for resilience, a sense of community and connection, and setting a hopeful tone for the rest of the day!
