When I started Creed Culture nearly two years ago, I had one thing in mind for the ministry. Global Impact. To get there, I figured I had 3 options:

Write a worldwide best seller like Purpose Driven Life
Climb the Washington Monument naked on 9/11
Build a one-of-a-kind platform that family leaders around the globe would be excited to share with every family they serve.

I went with option 3. The other two will remain in my back pocket...just in case. :-)

Because global impact to families was always the goal, the platform got much of my attention. Unfortunately, emails, updates and fundraising took a backseat. That has been painful. But today we have a lot to show for the past two years. We have something worth sharing with your pastor, your counselor, your coach, your kids and anyone who is in an influential position with families.

Family Pillars is the platform we built to scale. Creed Culture is the mission behind it. I'll share a little about both.

The Family Pillars Framework gives every family leader four guided pillars — to identify the most important things about their family:

Where the Family is going together - Family Vision (Habakkuk 2:2)
What the Family is about - Core Values (Philippians 4:8)
How the Family will get there - Family Mission (Proverbs 24:3)
How the Family will engage each other along the way - Family Code of Conduct (Colossians 3:12)

The platform is accessed at leadmyfamily.com and also walks families through building a Family Constitution, shared Family Goals, Gratitude Journals, Family Meeting Agendas, Prayer Journals and more.

In Deuteronomy 6:6–9, through Moses God tells Israel to build their families around Him—to keep His truth in their hearts, teach it diligently to their children, talk about it throughout the rhythms of daily life, to "display them on the doorframes of their homes and at the city gates" and create a home culture where faith is lived and passed on from generation to generation.

That's what Family Pillars does for families.

It gives parents a process to discover/identify the most important things about their family, memorialize them, talk about them regularly and pass them down through the generations. If parents can read, they can lead.

What else I was doing while you weren't hearing from me:

While building the platform, I also prepared to take this message to every stage I could. I got Maxwell Leadership Certified, became a certified DISC Trainer and Partnered with PQLife. More on PQLife later.
I also built a speaking menu for churches, schools, and organizations.
Don't forget, I have a pretty compelling story.
Praise my Dad/Father in Heaven for bringing me through it all and feeling compelled to share it.
