Story
Friends, neighbors, mentors, co-workers, teachers, parents, and siblings - these are some of the people who are there for us, day in and day out. For 10 days in November (culminating on Giving Tuesday), we want to celebrate, remember, name, and appreciate the people who have influenced our lives for the better.
Help us raise $5,000 in gratitude by the end of November - a small amount of gratitude goes a long way. Join with us and connect with friends along the way!
Fostering Great Ideas connects children and youth in foster care with people who are THERE for them - whether it’s helping a mom reunite with her children, re-connecting siblings who are in separate placements, providing a volunteer tutor for kids who have fallen behind, guiding a youth with a mentor who commits for the long haul, or providing a life coach for a youth who is preparing to age out of foster care. Our vision is that EVERY child in foster care feels valued and cared for - and thrives.
