Operation: The Shepherd's Watch is a veteran assistance company that assists veterans in their transition from military to civilian life. Every veteran remembers the responsibility of standing watch. It wasn't a simple duty, it was a promise.... A promise to protect. To lead. To serve others before ourselves. When military service ends, that promise doesn't.

Operation: The Shepherd's Watch was founded on the belief that veterans possess a lifetime of leadership, resilience, and compassion that continues to strengthen our communities long after the uniform comes off.

Today our mission continues by supporting veterans, honoring the fallen, serving communities during times of need, and ensuring no one is left behind.

BECAUSE SERVICE IS NOT SOMETHING WE DID.

IT IS WHO WE ARE.

"SOME NEVER STOP STANDING WATCH"
