Walk 5k or 10k in Solidarity. Save Lives. Strengthen Communities.

In Ethiopia, many women walk 5 kilometers each way to reach a cervical cancer screening or treatment center. They walk for hours because it’s the only way to protect their health — and often, their lives.

In honor of International Women’s Day, board member and World Champion Barista Lem Butler is traveling to Ethiopia to walk in their shoes. He’s raising funds to provide life-saving cervical cancer testing, treatment, education, and care for the women who grow the coffee we love.

Walk, run, ski — or go the distance in your own way — alongside Lem this March. Bring together friends or coworkers in your hometown and participate anytime during the month. Not able to join? No problem — consider making a donation to support Lem and other walkers going the distance for women.

🏁 Set a Fundraising Goal

$65 ($6.50 per km) - Screens one woman for cervical cancer.
$100 ($10 per km) - Provides community education for 100 women.
$325 ($32.50 per km) - Screens five women for cervical cancer.
$1,000 ($100 per km) - Funds a one-day screening campaign.
