In the ten years since our founding, Future Leaders in Action (FLIA) has invested in over 100 early-career leaders and the youth programs they power. But with the loss of AmeriCorps funding and growing pressure on youth-serving nonprofits, the need for living-wage, full-time support has never been more urgent.

This fall, we’ve committed to funding 10 FLIA Fellowships—each placing a recent graduate full-time for 12 weeks at a nonprofit leading youth-centered work. Every organization receives a grant of up to $15,000, ensuring fellows are paid a living wage and nonprofits get the staffing capacity they need to keep their programs running strong.
