🎶 Mariah’s Ready… and So Are We! ✨

12 Days of Wellness with CABWHP is BACK!

Mariah’s officially defrosted, the holidays are near, and we’re bringing the wellness energy with us. From December 1–12, join CABWHP’s 12 Days of Wellness, a celebration of collective joy, rest, and healing. Each day highlights one of our 12 Commandments of Good Mental Health, offering gentle ways to care for your mind, body, and spirit this season.

Because you deserve this. 💖

🌿 Our Roots

Founded in 1994 as a chapter of the National Black Women’s Health Project (now the Black Women’s Health Imperative), CABWHP was created to amplify the voices of Black women in the larger health movement.

From our early wellness hub, The Well, which served more than 6,000 women in South Central Los Angeles, to our statewide study of 1,400 Black women’s health needs, our mission has always been clear: to uplift the wellness and advocacy of Black women and girls across California.
