We created this event as a way for our club to show off our shenanigans while also honoring our mission to provide service to the community. The TrySlothalon is all about having fun without all the stress and we think that we've been pretty successful. This will be our 6th year and we have raised over $18,000 so far. The Minot Lions have donated those funds back to a variety of causes, including organizations that offer free services to people with vision loss, individuals in need of financial assistance to purchase eyeglasses, local groups who provide meals and/or shelter, or many of our other mission-focused passions.
